I ship internationally from France. My made to order jewelry are handfabricated and shipped in 7 to 10 business days after your order has been placed. Ready to ship items are shipped the next business day. Transit time vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose.
Please understand that I should not be held responsible for parcels lost by the carrier. Once they are out of my hands there's not so much that I can do. Because of the cost of material and the time spent in the making of each piece of jewelry, a lost/damaged parcel is as important to me as it is to you. In case a parcel unfortunately get lost/damaged (it is rare but it does happen), you may need to file a claim with the shipping company and I will be happy to assist you with that.
But be aware that you won't receive any compensation for a lost parcel shipped without insurance. If you are not whiling to take that risk, I would recommend you to only choose shipping methods with insurance. You only can make that decision and it is by no mean my responsibility to make it, pay for it, or for the loss/damages myself.
The rareness and uniqueness nature of some of my crystals make replacement impossible and should not be expected. In the case of a damaged or lost parcel, and if you insured your parcel, you will be refunded for your order. Otherwise, I won't be able to replace the item or refund you.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and has all the informations the mailman needs to deliver your pacel to you (Building number, door code, etc...). If the parcel returns to me you will have to pay for the shipping again. If you prefer to cancel your order then, I will not be able to refund you for the shipping cost as it would have been used by the carrier already.
Buyers are responsible for customs and import taxes that may apply. Delays in the deliveries can occurs due to customs, so if your order is time sentitve please take this into consideration and choose the shipping method accordingly.

I use recycled and recyclable materials for my packaging as much as I can. All the orders are shipped in unbleached padded enveloppes or carboard mailing boxes depending on the shipping option you're choosing. Their size is choosen carefully so they fit into most mailbox, while taking as little space possible during transportation. Mailing boxes are filled with reused box fillers, schredded advertising or anything I can recycle to ship your order safe while keeping a small impact on the environement.
All my necklaces are shipped separatly in a free handstamped recyclable kraft gift box.
However, to avoid waste, I will only use ONE box to pack up the rings, no matter how many rings you order.
If you would like your rings to be shipped in separate gift boxes you can buy extra boxes for 1,20€ each. No printed bill will be included in your parcel.

I only work with light, delicate and fine materials. My handmade crystal necklaces are unique pieces that needs to be handle with care and might not be suitable for your needs if you are looking for a more "robust" kind of jewelry.
My crystals are left rough and natural and will present, growth craters, inclusion or other "imperfections" that makes each one of them very unique.
Please note: based on the difference in production of ring size mandrels, ring sizes can be 1/4 to 1/2 size smaller or larger than stated.
